Improve the "Curb Appeal" of Your Home

Most buyers will first see your home online and their next impression will be when they drive by or pull up for their personal showing.
Curb appeal will either get them in the door or have them keep on driving. Fresh cut lawn, neatly trimmed hedges and trees, fresh mulch or pine needles, neat and clean hardscapes, and COLOR . . . pretty colorful flowers create an inviting atmosphere.

Helpful Information When You Meet with your REALTOR
To facilitate the sales process, please consider the following information and documents pertaining to your real estate:
- Brief description of the property including beds, baths, additional rooms, lot features, home upgrades
- Mortgage Payoff amount - get this information together BUT DO NOT share this with ANY agent until you hire a listing agent and then ONLY share your mortgage informaton with THE AGENT YOU HIRE
- Year the property was built
- Square footage (heated and unheated) - previous appraisal is helpful here - there is a floorplan section that will provide you all this information
- Detailed floor plan
- Survey
- Information about included furnishings - what PERSONAL PROPERTY are you considering leaving with the property . . . refrigerator, washer, dryer, swingset . . .
- Documentation proving ownership - copy of your deed
